1. Your friends and acquaintances will not return your calls or avoid you at social functions.
- If you are chasing people you know and trying to convince them that your company is the one for them- you need to rethink the mode of recruitment you use for trying to grow your business.
2. You are more concerned with signing up distributors than what they do after they sign on.
- If your team is doing nothing but the minimum monthly order to get paid should they ever have a reason to be paid but not bringing in new people or even talking to people to see if your company is a match and fills a need and the partnership would be mutually beneficial. Or are you- then your team and your company are going nowhere fast!
3. You are putting up pages on facebook to Twitter but, never bother to post relationship building content.
- If you are using social media and creating profiles on the sites you hear is where you should go to drive traffic from and build a bustling following and customer base. But, you never develop your presence and talk to the people you meet there. Then you may as well not waste your time because you will never market to strangers, or get people interested in you on the social sites, if you show no interest in them.
4. You, put up a blog but fail to post regularly and interact with the people who come to read it.
- If you are going to put up a blog where you can share who you are and about your products and business, then you need to develop both content and a following that come and read the post and opt in to your offers. You need to provide value for their time and that takes your, time. You need to put the work into setting it up and making sure it is ran smoothly, free of spam and is an inviting place for your readers to visit.
5. You join a Network Marketing company but have no idea about your company or products, so your answer to people if they show interest is check out my website.
- If you want others to wish to join you in your company you need to be able to point them in the exact direction to where they can get their questions answered as well as you need to be knowledgeable enough to interview possible partners and at the same time provide them with reasons that there is a match once you establish that you could be the solution to their needs. You cannot do that if you do not do your homework on your own company and then also spend the time to find out if your company will be a fit for whom your are talking to. For that you need to know the answers people will require when evaluating your business and what questions to ask people, so you can evaluate them.
