OK I built it how do I train it? Team Training- getting to know your up line.
So you have turned some of your prospects, friends, family and other opportunity seekers into your team. Because you followed your guidelines and lined up a stellar team they are ripe to get going and ready to learn! NOW WHAT?!!!
Remember your team like a new prospect will also never be as psyched up or ready to go as they are on that very first day!
However you are not going to go it alone, because you have your entire up line behind you. A lot of Network Marketers forget to take advantage of those above them. Don’t you. Use your up line when talking to your own prospects from three way calls to them being right in the room- use the third party rule of verification and validation of your opportunity.
Not only should you utilize your up line’s knowledge and experience for yourself, but also when you get to know their strengths you can pull from the people above you for training your new reps and also introducing your team to the higher up members in their direct up line brings them additional perspectives and gives a boarder scope of information in how different personalities and leaders very which can, spark ideas in your new members, and even your current team.
So give your team the advantage of duplicating that. Have them utilize the leaders above them to help them in the process of interviewing their prospects. As maybe you or your team member may not have an immediate personal connection with a lead, but perhaps a hobby or the particular likes of your up line will connect with them. So getting to know who they are and what they bring to the table can benefit your team as well.
