We have introductory training for our new team reps in ViSalus today, but want to share with you a little bit about turning interested parties you will get online from Attraction Marketing, and your follow up Direct Response Marketing into your new team reps.
- When someone first approaches you is the most important time with your potential partner and customers.
- But do not try and sell your business, or convince people to join your opportunity. Your company most likely has informational and media tools that you can just plug interested parties into that should you uncover a need by asking questions and and listening to the answers, will do the selling for you.
- Your job is to qualify and make sure that they fit with your current team, company and personal goals. Should they you then expose them to product and basic information; following that, it is up to them if they also see a fit and are interested.
- You have done your part interviewed the lead and empowered them with the knowledge to decide what is right for them. That is the SMARTEST way to do business no pressure, no hard sells. No buyer’s remorse or higher attrition rates.
With your business, like in all things in life, remember the only thing we promote is ourselves and then let the doors open and with a little humble patience wait for things to unfold by taking the correct steps to reach your goal. I let God set my road map, with a little bit of going with gut too. So find that center in your life as well. Take a deep breath and just start talking to people as they contact you.
