USE your upline

Guess what it is all about the upline

Guess what it is all about the upline,
so pick wisely.

I do not just mean the person who got you into the company.

I mean those above them and so on up. But I do also mean the person who brought you into the company, as well as yourself. Why? Because as you grow teams each one of you, becomes an upline. And each one of you, can choose what that is gonna mean to your downline. Be a leader be a mentor or fade into the ether- I say wanna be a winner in Network Marketing chose to be, want to became a leader find a great teacher.

But to really get the best upline you need to start at the time you are considering a company. You may find out about it from the grapevine, or even an email from a friend or colleague. BUT if it was the later and you want to get the best upline you need to think long and hard do you join under the person who introduced it to you?

Well let’s say you are joining a team for a sport- baseball for instance. Sure you can have fun you can enjoy playing on a team with your friends. But can you win if your friends cannot play baseball and you have no real coach? Can you win if you don’t know how to play? Who will teach you? Someone has to know the game to win. If you are just in it to have fun go for it who cares about the win? But if you are trying to win you need to be a part of a winning team. And you need a coach who has upper management’s support.

It is the same with Network Marketing. We love being on teams with our freinds but, not all teams are created the same. So before you join if you want to win want to succeed. You need to do your homework.

So Batter Up!!!!!

Ask around, join forums, social groups, read up on who is taking off, whom is being talked about and go find their capture page or website and join their team. More than likely they also will have a stellar upline of top players ready to teach you how to play the game or if you are already a pretty good player then will be there to help you help your own downline learn how to win and succeed.  And that can further your reputation as a leader as well.

If you are personally invited by someone check out what marketing tools they have, look at their blog, see if they stay with a company what companies have they been with were they successful there?

Check out their reputation; see what they have done for others see what kind of training and support they provide and how they can help you succeed in the company.

Then once you find your upline get to know them ask questions ASK for help, a good upline is a GOOD mentor and has as much invested in your success as you do.

Then follow them and do what they do to really achieve your goals and make the most of the work you put into the company. And in every company that you get into that your upline is recommending and promoting.

You can make it hard, or you can learn from when others did the hard work for you- go find an upline that helps create winning teams then get ready for your own home runs!
