Now that we have talked about what Attraction is, in the last blog post. We are now going to go into knowing what you are attracting, people to. You not only need to be a sought out expert, you have to have a vision about where you want to go. What is it you are hoping for?
Your VISION your DREAM
Why are you here? If you want others to follow they need to see where you are headed.
Do you have big dreams?
Do you want to change the world? Or maybe just your little corner of it.
The best businesses have a mission statement that outlines their goals and what they believe in. i.e. not tested on animals, we are 100% green/recycled, made in the USA, going global, 1 million customers served in 2012 etc.
The best life coaches have a personal vision. And the best leaders can share it. We really are the ones who show others how to achieve THEIR own dreams, but you have to build yours first. So make yourself a wish list of goals and dreams write down your vision. EVEN if you are just starting out see yourself living that dream hold that image in your mind associate that picture with the reality that is your goal- and you will move toward making it happen and others will want to be a part of your vision.
I have always found to make a wish list and then check off each item as it was achieved fueled my desire to build a bigger wish list. And people liked to get involved with the idea that we were building more than a business we were changing how our industry operates, bringing ethics value and reputation back and that clear focus drives more people to ask to get involved.
I also always add a charitable a cause- mine has always been Labrador Rescue and now we have added Breast Cancer since it has touched my boyfriend’s life so gravely. As one of the donations we make from profits earned by our different companies. This is not only a feel good move on our part but it is great KARMA and people love to support businesses that have a heart and give. Remember I started out this blog saying you get what you give and that is so true.
So more than a business game plan layout your dream your vision for what you want to achieve who you want people to see when they see you and what your name will bring to mind.
And build it an they will come. Because you stand out from your competitors thereby attracting people to you.
While helping others, you will find freedom.
