There are many ways to drive traffic and develop relationships that will increase your business exposure, two of these are group email list and forums.

As both are not only a search engine friendly way to attract customers but it is also good way for building relationships with customers you already have.

While email group list are primarily used to distribute current news, updates, pictures, what we are doings and the more home style touch of personal emails sent between friends- as I said above I have owned an email group for 13 years and I have watched lives change shared in grief and happiness and built a base that were, and are my customers, my sounding board and my friends.
The online forums helped get my name out there and brought me up in the search engines, but group email list made my business. So I am partial however both mediums can offer you an additional platform to build a following and create relationships that can lead to more traffic and thereby increase your business success and personal branding.
