Warning part-time and more layoffs coming! What is in store for us when the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) really kicks in.
Whether you hate it and call it Obama Care or love it and think it is the answer to your insurance woes. What we are seeing is gonna change more than who are our care providers or can we keep our doctor if our doctor is still in practice, or your employer decides the fine (tax) is more acceptable to their bottom line. This is about how our workforce is already modifying due to this radical change in every American’s life.
What has this got to do with you? What does it have to do with our industry? Well we have for years been the refuge that people looking for everything from just a little extra cash each month to a complete bailout from financial ruin to a place to build their dreams seek out. But, even more people will come here now.
People cannot raise a family on part time positions or grow their nest eggs and reach their goals in a workforce that consist of cutback hours necessitating them to take on two or three different jobs where family never sees them and the long hours bring hardship and stress on relationships. They WILL be coming to us in droves. And our job is to make it a safe place to land!
As there will be waiting for them the scammers and frauds promising instant wealth no recruiting, no cost, etc. We need to outshine the noise of deceit, as reputable Marketers who truly care about our customers our present and future partners and everyone looking at our industry as well.
When I was a show breeder of Labradors I told every person who came to me for advice not only that is was necessary to screen the Breeder like we screened them, but I also showed them how and what to ask and look for.
It’s the same with any industry. We need to provide that type of learning tools to the multitude of people who will be looking to better their lives. I want you that blog and write articles to do as I will, write a post, be a beacon to those people who are going to be looking for a guide and mentor on the dos and don’ts of choosing a company. Put materials out there that teach them the truth in our industry verses what the slick willies and people just out to grab sign on bonus checks but, have little interest in helping anyone who come to them succeed claim.

Also besides sharing the good of Network Marketing and how so many of us are in this field to help others realize their dreams of financial independence and control over their own future for themselves and their family, and many of us even want your success more so, than our own success. But, as I have taught you here like the greats have said only in my own words if you want anything in this life, and believe you can have it, you CAN. If you help others do the same, you WILL. As I, truly believe that by in giving you receive.

Take those values and those beliefs out to the net share them across social media make up your mind to be a source of good information and we as an industry will outshine the hucksters and fakes. Our light will beam so bright dimming the con games that do go on; and we will empower people to be able to make solid decisions that will lead them to you and your business and they WILL see a person of trust in your words and actions.
You will be the company they join the coach they look to and the mentor they will share with others.
